Configuration Guide

Run Follow Up CAD Jobs

Specify Jobs to run as a post-process based on vault lifecycle states and file types of the current Jobs target CAD file.

Post Process Jobs Feature Settings

Click the green Add button to create one or more Post-process Job entry. One the original Job has completed, the Post-process Job will execute.

Important

Post-process Jobs will fail to submit to the Vault Job Queue if their parent Job has failed.

From State Vault Lifecycle State

The post-process Job will only execute if the initial target file exists within the designated Vault Lifecycle State.

Important

Leaving From State blank will result in the Post-process Job failing to execute.

To State Vault Lifecycle State

The post-process Job will only execute if the initial target file progresses to the specified Vault Lifecycle State.

Important

Leaving To State blank will result in the Post-process Job failing to execute.

Whitelist Extensions File Extensions

Process the Post-process Job if the original Jobs target file matches against the specified file extension, preventing the processing of undesired file types.

Jobs with Priority Minute Creator Jobs

Click the green Add button to add both the Job name and execution priority value (1 being the highest priority). The new Job will be sent to the Job Queue for processing.

Both MinuteCreator Jobs and Autodesk Job types (such as autodesk.vault.syncproperties) can be set to execute as a Follow Up CAD Job.

Important

Assigning a value of 0 will prevent the Post-process Job from submitting to the Job Queue. Please use a minimum value of 1 for the highest priority.
