Mesh Index Options Enterprise 🔒

Use these settings to configure a Creator Job so newly created files or published files (such as a PDF) are instantly added to the index via a "Partial Index".

TIP

The Minute Mesh log file is saved under C:\Indexing on the Job Processor (on the same system as the Minute.Mesh extension is executing). If a file is failing to index, review the log file as the first step of troubleshooting.

Index If Released Only Toggle

Typically enabled so that only files in a Vault "Released" state are indexed. If disabled, files in a non-released state will be indexed after being created/processed by the job.

Index CAD File Toggle

The target file (typically a CAD file) of the Job will be indexed.

Index Created File Toggle

The published file (typically a PDF file) of the Job will be indexed.
