Export Integrations - Network Folder

Network Folder Network Share Folder

Specify a network directory path for the Published file to be exported to.

\\ServerName\Share

Note

Check Windows Folder access on the specified Windows Network Share Folder. A similar error as to the below will return in the event of receiving a Network Share permissions access issue.

FAIL: TITLE: PDF INTEGRATION - - NETWORK COPY: FULL MSG: GENERAL ERROR DURING COPY EXTERNAL: Access to the path '\\Server\Shared\Example Drawing.pdf' is denied.

The Job will still process and publish all prior steps (such as saving the published document to Vault, update properties, etc) but will then fail at the step when unable to copy the published file to the network.

Prior completed Job steps will not be undone upon error.
