Minute Capture allows for form creation, along with the management and submission of those forms. Create and define Minute Capture forms through the settings detailed below.
Created published Forms are managed through the Minute Capture Directory.
There are two types of forms. Submission style forms and File Review and Markup style. By default, all forms are Submission style. Add a Model Viewer Setting feature to change the form style into a File Review Form.
The name of the Capture form. Forms are listed in the Minute Capture Directory with this label.
Click Add
to change the Capture Form style into a File Review and Markup styled form. Once enabled, Jobs executed with a Capture ID
feature will be listed for review within the Minute Capture form listing.
Typically enabled for File Review and Markup styled forms.
Typically not configured. Viewer extensions include:
Specify the Vault Server Name.
Specify the Vault Database Name.
Specify the Vault Username.
Specify the Vault User password.
Fields may be added to each Minute Capture form. Although not required,
