Minute Capture


Minute Capture allows for form creation, along with the management and submission of those forms. Create and define Minute Capture forms through the settings detailed below.

Created published Forms are managed through the Minute Capture Directory.

There are two types of forms. Submission style forms and File Review and Markup style. By default, all forms are Submission style. Add a Model Viewer Setting feature to change the form style into a File Review Form.

Form Name Text

The name of the Capture form. Forms are listed in the Minute Capture Directory with this label.

Model Viewer Settings

Click Add to change the Capture Form style into a File Review and Markup styled form. Once enabled, Jobs executed with a Capture ID feature will be listed for review within the Minute Capture form listing.

Enable Viewer Toggle

Typically enabled for File Review and Markup styled forms.

Viewer Extensions

Typically not configured. Viewer extensions include:

  • Autodesk.Viewing.MixpanelExtension
  • Autodesk.Vault.Markups
  • Autodesk.Vault.Print

Vault Connection (fallback)

Server Name Text

Specify the Vault Server Name.

Vault Name Text

Specify the Vault Database Name.

User Name Text

Specify the Vault Username.

Password Password

Specify the Vault User password.
