MinuteView System Requirements ​

The table below outlines the necessary system requirements for installing MinuteView For Vault.

SQL Account
  • During MinuteView Setup and Upgrade: "sa" or "system administrator" account required
  • During normal operations: "sa" account or a SQL account with lower permissions (db_datawriter / db_datareader)
MSSQLSMS*Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
Web ServerMicrosoft Internet Information Services (IIS) 10.0 or later
.NET FrameworkA DNS record must be established to direct your domain name to the server's IP address.

  • Edge
Firewall*Permit both inbound and outbound traffic through ports 80 and 443.
DNS Records*.Net Framework 4.8 or later
SSL/TLS Certificate*
  • SSL for secure data transmission
  • A SSL/TLS certificate is required for a secure connection via HTTPS
  • If using SSL, ensure port 443 is open on the server

**Required on either the Server, Job Processor, or any system that can access the MV Server.
