The Minute Console page manages MinuteView global settings, such as Vault connectivity, Minute module enablement and user management.

Configuring the Minute Console is the immediate task to be taken after MinuteView install and licensing.

Global Settings

MinuteView Console Global Settings allow control over the most important settings of MinuteView, including:

• Authentication Type
• Enable Minute Modules
• Report Views
• Base Layer Integrations
• Minute Capture

User Management

Create and manage MinuteView User accounts and their passwords within the User Management page. MinuteView Users may access, view and configure MinuteView, including all MinuteView modules.

By default, MinuteView installs with a default system account and password MVadmin, using the password ^EbF#teLG3GDQoD@

MinuteView User accounts are not to be confused with the Autodesk Vault user accounts and groups, and are created/configured for the strict purpose of MinuteView access only.

License Management

Use the License Management dashboard to review the active MinuteView license along with tokens and modules.

A new license file may also be imported through the License Management dashboard.
