License Management

The License Management page is where you view your current MinuteView license details and upload an updated license file when needed. That’s its entire purpose—no other configuration lives here.


When to Use It

  • Your license has expired.
  • You’ve purchased new modules or user counts and received an updated license file.
  • You simply want to check what’s currently licensed (expiry date, features, seats, etc.).

Updating the License File

  1. Navigate to Console → License Management.
  2. Click Upload (top‑right corner).
  3. Browse to and select your updated license file.
  4. After upload, the page refreshes to show the new license details.

That’s it—no restart or additional steps are typically required.


Viewing License Details

The page displays key information from the active license, such as:

  • Expiration date
  • Licensed modules/features
  • User/seat counts (if applicable)

Use this screen to audit what is currently enabled in your environment.


Tips

  • Keep your latest license file on hand—store it securely in case you need to reapply it.
  • Verify details after upload to ensure the correct features/dates are present.
  • Contact Support if the file is rejected or the displayed info is incorrect.
