Details

On a pre-existing Windows Server, a new installation of MinuteView takes longer than ~2 minutes. In some instances, the installer runs for over 3 hours.

Solution

Stop the MinuteView installer. In Windows Command Prompt, run IISReset. After IIS has restarted, re-run the MinuteView installer.
