INHERIT PROPERTIES ERROR

Details

PDF Jobs return an error, typically after;

• Adding a new property to Vault and associating the property with a category - that is also used by CAD files to publish PDF files.
• Running a PDF Job via Minute Creator that has "Match PDF Properties to CAD File" enabled.

The log file reads;

Error

RETURN ERROR: FAIL: TITLE: INHERIT PROPERTIES ERROR: FULL MSG: SOMETHING WENT WRONG DURING PROPERTIES UPDATE: Error updating property values

Solution

Restart the Job Processor and resubmit the Job.
