Upon creating a transmittal, you receive this error;

❌ Fatal Error

Missing Crystal Reports Runtime, Please contact Support.

On the workstation

1. Close down your Autodesk Vault Client.

2. Download and install Crystal Reports for Visual Studio 64bit

3. After the installation, start Vault and re-attempt your Minute Controller Transmittal workflow.
