Overview

Capture provides a structured way to review, approve, and submit documents and data. The user experience centers around three main areas:

  1. Capture Inbox - Where captures appear for your action
  2. Capture Details - Viewing capture information and history
  3. Review Environment - Interactive review with markup and approval tools

User Workflow

Typical Workflow for Users

Inbox → View Capture → Open Review → Review Artifacts → Add Markups → Submit/Approve/Reject

Common Tasks

Creating a Capture from Mesh

  1. Search for files in Mesh
  2. Select desired files
  3. Click "Create Capture"
  4. Choose template
  5. Fill in fields
  6. Submit

Reviewing a Document Package

  1. Open capture from inbox
  2. Review metadata and context
  3. Click "Open Review"
  4. View each artifact
  5. Add markups as needed
  6. Complete with Approve or Reject
